WiZ 기기 및 WiZ 모바일 애플리케이션에 관한 현재 상황은 섹션 3을 참조하십시오.

이 지원 종료 정책은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 업데이트 된 정책은 WiZ 웹사이트에 게시됩니다.

1. END OF SUPPORT POLICY (WiZ DEVICES)

Important notice on software updates, online services and compatibility

The WiZ devices can receive software updates directly from Signify when connected with Internet access and used with the official WiZ mobile application.¹

Signify intends to provide your WiZ device with major platform feature software updates, if any, for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of your purchase from an authorized reseller (except in cases where the hardware is not compatible).

In addition, Signify intends to continue to support your WiZ device with required security, quality and interoperability updates as well as to maintain compatibility with our online services and the latest version of our WiZ mobile application for a minimum total of five (5) years from the date of your purchase from an authorized reseller.

After this date, Signify may choose to continue to provide software updates and/or compatibility with online services and/or our WiZ mobile applications for your WiZ device at its discretion. Should software updates and/or compatibility with online services and/or our WiZ mobile applications however be terminated, we recommend you upgrade to a new version of the product.

¹ Products installed via a Matter commissioner will also be able to receive updates.

2. END OF SUPPORT POLICY (WiZ MOBILE APPLICATIONS)

Important notice on updates and publication

In this End of Support policy:

  • Major Version Update means a version update that contains significant changes to the mobile application that impact the overall design, functionality or technical architecture of the application. An major version update will be indicated by an increase of the version number to the left of the first decimal point in the version number (eg. 1.y.z -> 2.y.z)
  • Minor Version Update means a version update that contains smaller or incremental changes to the functionality of the mobile application and might include bug fixes or security improvements. An minor version update will be indicated by an increase of the version number to the right of the first decimal point in the version number (eg. x.14.z -> x.15.z)
  • Hotfix Update means an update that contains no functional changes but might contain important bugfixes or security improvements. A hotfix version update will be indicated by an increase of the version number after the last decimal point (eg. x.y.235 -> x.y.236)

Signify intends to continue to support the WiZ mobile applications with Minor Version Updates and Hotfix Updates for a minimum total of three (3) years from the first release of the last Major Version Update.

Signify intends to continue to support a version of an mobile application with Minor Version Updates and Hotfix Updates and not retire such WiZ mobile application for a minimum total of one (1) year from launching a further Major Version Update of such WiZ mobile application. Updates for retired mobile applications will be discontinued and the mobile applications will no longer be available.

3. CURRENT SUPPORT STATUS WiZ DEVICES AND WiZ MOBILE APPLICATIONS
